These prices are for those who would like to order a book directly from me.
For PRE-Order books, they are $14.00 each. I will bring the book TO whichever conference you will be at and sign it there for you. Money should be sent beforehand through Paypal, or CASH at the con upon request. (Paypal: [email protected])

For Mail-Order Books:
In the continental USA, I will mail 1 or 2 books for $7.00 shipping. So, 1 autograph copy mailed somewhere in the United States will cost $21.00 through Paypal, or 2 books for $35.00. If you want a whole stack of books, I'll have to get a price form the post office for shipping, but the books are $14.00 each. Email me.
In other countries, I can mail ONE book to you for $36.00 (Including shipping.) I checked out shipping costs in Italy, England, Norway, Israel, and Australia. Most of the countries on the other side of the Atlantic ocean are the same.
CANADA is less expensive, and therefore I will ship one book to Canadians for $30.00
